Shipping Rates & Free Delivery Options

We offer straightforward, cost-effective shipping tiers designed to provide exceptional value:

  • Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders totaling $10.00 USD or more.

  • Flat Rate Standard Shipping: For smaller orders totaling under $10.00 USD, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 USD will be applied at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) following full payment verification.

  • Order Tracking: Once your parcel is handed over to our postal partners, you will receive an automatic dispatch notification containing a tracking number and portal link to track your delivery in real-time.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times depend on your destination address:

  • Australia Domestic Shipping: Estimated 3 to 7 business days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated 7 to 15 business days (depending on destination customs clearance processes).

Please note that peak holiday seasons, severe weather events, or unexpected regional customs holds may occasionally impact overall transit times.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery address details at checkout. If a package is returned to our warehouse at 7 De Witt Place, Fairfield West NSW 2165, Australia due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking link indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please inspect your premises, check with household members or neighbors, and contact your local post office.
